Big Bear Lake Lakefront Sale

I just closed escrow on this lakefront home located at 39597 Lake Drive. The home is a Tudor Style construction located in The Gilner Point area of Big Bear Lake. The home is 3,698 square feet and sits on a 12,810 square foot lot. This is my third lakefront sale so far this year.
